Absolutely stoked to learn today that the Arkenstall centre does possess a full lighting rig, and I know a trained lighting professional who can operate it.
This means that we can indeed provide a movable spotlight to dancers on the stage. Certainly for Elizabeth’s stagecraft workshop – now you can learn how to literally occupy the spotlight – and (subject to my persuasion) possibly for the final hafla also 
I’ve never been literally in the spotlight and I’m afraid I would freeze like a rabbit in it, but this is my chance to find out 🙂
