• 10.30 – 11am – Set up for half an hour, then doors open
• 11.00 – 13.00 Workshop A (main hall). Workshop C (mirror room)
• 13.00 – 14.00 Time to browse the souk or have your portrait photo taken
• 14.00 – 16.00 Workshop B (main hall). Workshop D (mirror room)
• 16.00 – 17.00 Organizers prepare main hall for the hafla. Attendees can browse the souk, have their photos taken, or just get changed for performances.
• 17.00 – 20.00 Hafla in three sets of 45 minutes separated by 15 minute breaks
• 20.00 – 20.30 Free Dance + everyone changing and preparing to leave.
• 20.30 – 21.30 Organizers tidy up and go home

Note: 2 hours has been given for workshops, but this includes some faffing-about time. People may still be arriving during the 11am workshops, or coming back from lunch for the 2pm ones. This means workshops may be 2 hours, but they may also be 1.30 hours. Some slack is built in.
